We have been made aware that an EWO service external to the borough is again giving out incorrect advice which goes against the latest DFE attendance guidance. To help clear up any confusion, i have created some guidance regarding the Attendance codes to be used for 2021/22, available on the Guidance Notes page.

Attendance Guidance - The DFE expects all students to be marked on Integris with the # code between the 23/03/2020 - 29/05/2020

In order to comply with GDPR, RM have made some changes to the Admin_No_Contracts User Role. This change removes access to User Management as this would enable a User to change their User role in a way which would grant them access to staff contracts. Unfortunately, this has had an unintended effect on Adhoc reporting. RM are working to fix this and hope to release a patch soon.

Schools who have closed due to weather conditions will need to mark the days attendance sessions with the 'Y' code. Please do not use the '#' code.
